Legal Contracts & Corporate Affairs Analyst

About the Role At NOVACARD, we're looking for a Legal Contracts & Corporate Affairs Analyst to support NOVAPLAZO and our growing operations in Mexico. You will work across commercial contracting, corporate affairs, AML/KYC compliance, and financial regulation, partnering with Operations, Finance, Product, Commercial, and other teams. What You'll Do Contracts & Corporate Affairs - Review, negotiate, and formalize merchant, supplier, and commercial agreements, including NDAs. - Review key clauses related to data protection, intellectual property, confidentiality, liability, and termination. - Manage contract documentation, version control, signatures, and corporate files. - Support shareholder meetings, powers of attorney, corporate records, and filings before the RPC and SAT. - Coordinate corporate matters with notaries, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders. Compliance & Legal Support - Support AML/KYC compliance under LFPIORPI and applicable regulations. - Review and validate customer and corporate documentation. - Support monthly notices and reporting before the UIF. - Assist with regulatory matters involving Banxico, CONDUSEF, PROFECO, and other relevant authorities. - Provide day-to-day legal support to Operations, Product, Commercial, and Finance teams.
