Business support (AR) Salary: $5953/M Contract Period: 1 year (renewable) Work location: Plano, TX * Korean Bilingual required o        Manage the monthly Accounts Receivable (AR) invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. o        Generate and maintain billing backup documentation for monthly invoicing across multiple corporate accounts. o        Organize and categorize new and renewed contract documentation in designated systems and folders. o        Maintain and enhance a comprehensive sales tracking chart, incorporating updated specifications and pricing. o        Utilize Microsoft Excel daily to create billing schedules, invoicing backups, forecasts, and analytical reports. o        Retrieve billing details from SCP, categorize data, and perform variance analysis against original estimates. o        Coordinate with cross-functional teams to obtain necessary information for accurate contract billing. o        Collaborate closely with Account Managers to ensure contract renewals are current and properly reflected in billing. o        Support senior AR/AP staff in maintaining accurate and up-to-date monthly accruals. o        Use SAP to create billing contracts, obtain approvals, and issue invoices directly to customers. o        Create and manage O&M contracts with SDS companies and ensure monthly invoicing is completed. o        Update monthly revenue forecasts in Excel to reflect all active and upcoming contracts. o        Engage directly with customers regarding past-due balances, resolve billing questions, and expedite payment in alignment with AR policies. o        Compile, analyze, and distribute billing and contract data to internal teams to support revenue forecasting and financial planning. o        Prepare a manual revenue accrual schedule to allocate one-time payments evenly over a 12-month revenue period. o        Prepare billing backups and supporting documentation for monthly accruals. o        Compile and maintain supporting documentation and approvals for audit purposes. o        Submit and track monthly approvals for usage-based services. o        Follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices and respond to invoice-related inquiries. o        Perform additional duties as assigned to support accounting and finance operations. - Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in related field/s desired. - Be ICT literate (information, communication technology) - Excellent Word/Excel/Power Point skills - Excellent interpersonal skills - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information in a clear and concise manner - Detail-oriented - Critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, prioritizing, and time management skills desired. - Korean/English bilingual mandatory.
