Part-Time-RN $32.00 per hour

At Seeds of Hope, we work to create a structured environment for individuals with special needs, enhancing their quality of life and providing opportunities to reach their full potential.  Work at least 10 hours a week Ensure the individual care plans are implemented Conduct a face-to-face evaluation with the individuals  Make weekly home visits, monthly physical assessments and training Follow-up with appointments, prescriptions, physician orders, discharge orders, etc. Document service provided to each individual in a timely manner Other related duties as assigned Current RN License 2 years of experience in home health or related field Experience working with special needs population Knowledge of current home management and personal care methods Basic Job Requirements Applicants must submit to a criminal background check before a an offer is extended (Employer Paid). Other basic job requirements are as follows: - Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check  - Tuberculosis Screening Test Results - Physical - CPR/First-Aid - Work 5-10 hours a week (paid direct deposit weekly) -  Recent 7 year Motor Vehicle Report copy if  hired
