Responsibilities You will work alongside experienced crew members installing residential and commercial fencing and supporting daily jobsite operations. - Assist with residential and commercial fence installation - Perform general construction labor tasks - Load, unload, and transport fencing materials - Dig post holes and assist with concrete placement - Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely - Follow installation plans and crew leader instructions - Maintain a clean and safe jobsite - Communicate effectively with team members - Represent the company professionally on customer job sites Physical Requirements This role involves physically demanding outdoor work. Applicants must be able to: - Lift 75+ pounds repeatedly - Perform physical labor for extended periods - Work outdoors in various weather conditions - Bend, dig, carry materials, and stand for long periods This position involves physically demanding outdoor work and is best suited for individuals comfortable working in a construction environment. Work is performed on residential and commercial jobsites and involves outdoor construction work using tools and equipment typical to fence installation. Minimum Qualifications - Must be 18 years or older - Drug-free workplace - Fluent in the English language (ability to communicate clearly with crew members and follow safety instructions) - Reliable transportation to job sites - Strong work ethic and reliability - Ability to work well as part of a team - Safety-conscious mindset - Basic familiarity with hand tools or power tools - Willingness to learn a skilled trade Preferred but not required: - Construction experience - Fence installation experience - Landscaping or outdoor construction experience - Valid driver’s license Applicants with construction or fence installation experience are encouraged to apply, as additional responsibilities and growth opportunities may be available.
