What We’re Looking For  We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Systems Administrator who wants to build, modernize, and make an impact - not simply maintain what already exists.  You’ll own and improve a broad Microsoft environment spanning Windows infrastructure, Microsoft 365, identity, Azure, security, monitoring, backup, and recovery. This is a small team, so you’ll have meaningful autonomy, broad technical exposure, and the opportunity to directly influence how our environment evolves.  We’re looking for someone who sees outdated architecture or repetitive work and wants to make it better, someone equally comfortable solving today’s production issue and building a smarter way to prevent tomorrow’s.
