Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for someone to attract, assess and win over top talent in software development, business analysis, quality assurance, project management and design. Reporting to the Vice-President, Culture and Talent, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers. You will lead the full recruitment cycle, from defining the need to the accepted offer. Throughout the process, you will provide a human and transparent candidate experience. You will also help position Spiria as an employer of choice and help shape our talent acquisition practices.
