Senior Site Development Project Manager

  Job Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field. - 8+ years of relevant experience in civil engineering, site development, or land development projects. - 4+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience. - PE, AICP, or other relevant professional certification preferred/required as applicable. - Experience managing project budgets, schedules, design deliverables, and client relationships. - Knowledge of site planning, utilities, stormwater management, and construction documentation. - Proficiency in CAD and industry-related software. - Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and project management skills. - Ability to manage projects independently and coordinate with clients, consultants, and regulatory agencies.
