As the Director, Digital Performance Marketing, you'll bring deep paid search expertise to Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads), and Google Local Services Ads, while overseeing paid social, display, and video campaigns. You'll own a seven-figure monthly media budget, coach two specialists, and guide agency and vendor partners across multiple local markets. Your primary measures will be lead volume, cost per lead (CPL), and budget pacing, with a clear view of how leads become qualified opportunities, in-home appointments, and sales. This role suits a leader who stays close to the accounts, delegates effectively, and enjoys building better ways of working.
