Be part of a dynamic team of data & AI talents who tackle meaningful challenges and have fun along the way. Wanna join the ride? Where you’ll make a difference - Get hands-on across the full solution lifecycle – exchange with stakeholders, map our existing knowledge landscape, and support design, execution and optimization - Build a knowledge graph – organize our expertise and knowledge into something that's searchable to both humans and agents - Create intelligent agents – develop and deploy agentic workflows to transform how we work What makes us the right choice for you - Learn and grow your AI engineering capabilities – gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, building a real solution with knowledge graphs, LLMs, and agentic AI that drives business impact - Develop a technical and analytical skill set – learn and apply concepts like ontology design, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agent frameworks, evaluate solution performance, and turn insights into actionable improvements - Thrive in a culture that values initiative and curiosity – where your ideas are welcomed, your contributions matter, and you’re encouraged to take ownership from day one - Bridge theory and practice – bring your academic knowledge to life by working on real management challenges in the data & AI space - Receive hands-on coaching and mentorship – work closely with experienced professionals who provide continuous feedback and support your development - Collaborate with a dynamic, international team – join a group that’s ambitious, supportive, and passionate about what they do, with plenty of room for learning (and fun!) along the way
