Warehouse Lead 2nd Shift

AHEAD is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Lead Warehouse Associate to join our team! In this role, you will assist with the daily operations of our shipping warehouse while ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive work environment. You will lead a team of warehouse associates, delegate tasks, and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Responsible for the picking, packaging, and receiving of customer order items into the shipping department and shipping those orders in a manner that meets AHEAD's standards for safety, security, quality, and productivity. This is a full-time 2nd shift position, and hours of work and days are typically Monday through Friday, 3:30pm to Midnight CST. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
