Position: MS SQL Server DBA-Ramsey, NJ-#Arn210845 Location: Ramsey, NJ Duration: 6 Months+ LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY – AN IN-PERSON INTERVIEW WILL BE REQUIRED. This person will interact with Functional Representatives, Business Analysts, Database Analysts and Application Development Project Teams to support the effective storage and retrieval of data.   He/she will drive consistency and draft & maintain standards and procedures for database environments to ensure enterprise compliance.  He/she will also implement & maintain the enterprise’s production and development databases.   This person will investigate complex problems, monitor performance, contribute to back-up & recovery procedures and configure & install MS SQL Server database software.  He/she will also work with the development team to design database schemas. Extensive experience installing and supporting MS SQL Server 2005, 2008 and 2012 is required.   Experience in the following is also required: - database mirroring - replication - clustered environments - performance tuning and troubleshooting Please respond with updated resume and covering letter with few sentences how you meet each Requested Qualification referring your earlier projects 3 references are must with the resume.
