We’re looking for a Video Team Lead to lead our video team and help create the next best 433 content. Through close relationships with players, clubs, and leagues, we operate inside the locker room, capturing moments fans never had access to before. About the Role As Video Team Lead at 433, you lead our day-to-day video team of the video team: creators, videographers, editors and motion designers, while staying hands-on yourself. You are both a team captain and a creator: helping the team get the best out of their work while actively contributing to shoots, scripts, concepts and production. You are responsible for the quality and consistency of our video output across editorial and branded content. From developing ideas and scripts to shooting, post-production and publishing, you make sure every piece of content feels unmistakably 433 and is built to perform on the platforms where our audience spends its time. While maintaining a high-quality standard, you work to make our content production process more efficient and effective, by leveraging the AI-tools available. Working closely with creative leads, project leads and production, you turn strategy into sharp execution that resonates with our global football audience and delivers real value for partners.
