We are hiring an experienced Restaurant General Manager for a reputed restaurant group in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and quality standards.
- Experience in staff training, coaching, and performance management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and preparation of operational and sales reports.
- Good knowledge of food costing, inventory control, budgeting, and cost management.
- Ability to manage daily operations, control expenses, and achieve business targets.
- Professional, well-groomed, and presentable personality.
- Salary: QAR 8,000–10,000 total package, depending on experience and interview performance
