The ideal candidate will combine strong credit risk and/or fraud decisioning domain knowledge with value storytelling and hands-on capability to configure and deliver demonstrations. In this role, you will establish yourself as a ‘go-to’ expert both internally and externally. This role reports to the APAC Presales Director, and plays a critical role in influencing new revenue growth by shaping solution strategies, enhancing win rates, and accelerating sales cycles. This role will partner closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Professional Services, and Data Science teams.

- Develop and maintain demonstration environments tailored to client use cases, including hands-on configuration of Provenir’s platform
- Conduct design and architecture workshops with prospective clients to collaboratively define solution blueprints that meet business and technical objectives
- Contribute to customer RFPs, workshops, and technical validation throughout the sales cycle; coordinate appropriate subject matter experts company-wide
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Credit Risk and Fraud Decisioning, advising customers on relevant market trends and best practices
- Deliver and support webinars, conferences, and speaking engagements on behalf of Provenir, representing thought leadership
Internal Focus
- Partner closely with Sales to shape solution strategy, address objections, and progress opportunities
- Collaborate with Professional Services and Data Science to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with implementation and analytics strategies
- Document customer needs and proposed solutions to ensure a smooth transition to Professional Services
- Work with Product Managers to feed customer and market insights into product roadmaps
- Share reusable demos, content, and learnings across the global Presales team
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, ideally in banking, lending, fintech, consulting, or a software vendor environment
- At least 3 years of experience in decisioning, with strong domain knowledge in Credit Risk and/or Fraud and experience working with banks or lenders on relevant transformation projects
- Proven ability to collaborate, build trust, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across business, risk, analytics, and technology; able to work independently and perform effectively under pressure
- Strong documentation and communication skills with a sharp attention to detail, including writing, editing, and proofreading
- Comfortable being hands-on with technology, including low-code configuration and demonstration delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise decisioning technologies, analytics, AI/ML, and a basic understanding of model build, programming, and integration patterns
- Prior software Presales experience preferred but not essential; strong candidates from banking, fintech, or consulting backgrounds are also welcome
