About the role
Project ManagementStakeholder Management
AI is becoming increasingly important to how we work, develop our capabilities, and deliver value to clients. As a Learning & Development AI Specialist at Deloitte, you help colleagues build the skills to use AI effectively and translate developments in AI and business needs into a coherent, up-to-date learning offering. You connect strategy and portfolio decisions with execution: from identifying the skills people need to shape learning experiences and measuring their impact. You work closely with stakeholders in Technology & Transformation (T&T) and Strategy, Risk & Transactions (SR&T), L&D colleagues, and AI experts.
In this role, you are responsible for five interconnected areas:
AI Learning Strategy & Portfolio
- Translate business and AI developments into learning priorities and own the AI learning roadmap.
- Review, refresh and prioritize the AI learning portfolio in line with T&T and SR&T capability needs and the broader Talent, L&D and AI strategies.
- Identify relevant learning opportunities across Deloitte Global and EMEA and facilitate knowledge-sharing and adoption.
- Identify solutions that can be adapted and scaled across Deloitte.AI Skills & Learning Experience
- Maintain the AI skills matrices and identify evolving skill needs and gaps.
- Translate these insights into role-based learning journeys and an AI Experience.
- Actively seek out new AI applications, ways of working and AI-agent use cases for different segments within T&T and SR&T, and incorporate relevant insights into the learning offering.Engagement
- Build engagement around AI learning by helping colleagues understand its relevance to their roles and encouraging the adoption and effective use of AI in their work.
- Partner with business stakeholders and AI advocates to identify barriers to adoption and develop targeted activities that help colleagues put new AI skills into practice.Execution & Ecosystem Coordination
- Coordinate the creation, refreshment and retirement of learning content.
- Collaborate with different stakeholders, across Deloitte Global, EMEA and the Netherlands.
- Drive agreed actions through to implementation and monitor progress across channels and teams.Governance, Insights & Impact
- Lead the AI Learnings Steering Group and prepare portfolio choices and decisions.
- Gather learners and business feedback and track adoption of learning interventions, content currency, dependencies, and risks.
- Report regularly on progress and outcomes, using these insights to improve the learning offering.
You combine expertise in learning and development with a strong interest in AI and an understanding of business needs. You can structure complex issues, bring together stakeholders with different perspectives, and turn priorities into tangible outcomes. You are equally comfortable providing strategic advice and driving practical execution.
For this role, you ideally bring:
- a completed higher professional or university degree (HBO or WO), preferably in Educational Sciences, Human Resource Management, Change Management, Work and Organisational Psychology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science or a related field;
- relevant experience in Learning & Development, preferably including the development of learning strategies, learning portfolios and learning journeys;
- demonstrated experience analysing learning needs and skill gaps and assessing the effectiveness of learning interventions;
- strong stakeholder management, advisory and project management skills in a complex environment, with the ability to build engagement and support the adoption of new ways of working;
- a demonstrable interest and knowledge in AI developments and the ability to translate their applications into learning and development;
- excellent spoken and written English; Dutch is an advantage.**You must currently be based in the Netherlands to be considered for this position.**
**You can apply for this vacancy until 30 October 2026.**
In this role, you support T&T and SR&T in strengthening AI capabilities, while also identifying opportunities to apply and scale effective AI learning solutions more broadly across Deloitte. You will be reporting to the T&T L&D Manager. Rather than solely coordinating learning content, you take ownership of the connections between learning strategy, portfolio, skills, execution and impact. Working with the relevant stakeholders, you ensure that the AI learning offering remains relevant and addresses the needs of employees and the business.
