Construction Project Manager

  We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to manage warehouse infrastructure projects, including pallet racking, mezzanines, shelving, dock equipment, and sprinkler system upgrades. Responsibilities: - Manage projects from planning through installation and completion. - Prepare estimates, proposals, and material take-offs. - Coordinate vendors, materials, customers, engineers, and city officials. - Understand construction permits and regulatory requirements. - Read technical drawings and coordinate with AutoCAD designers. - Conduct job site visits and ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree. - 5+ years of construction-related experience, preferably in warehouse buildouts, racking, or conveyors. - Ability to read technical drawings and working knowledge of AutoCAD. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. - Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. - OSHA 10/30 certification preferred. - Experience with ERP systems such as Acumatica - Mandarin language skills are a plus.
