The Role
Framestore is looking for a Production Coordinator to join our Immersive team - working closely on a variety of projects across rides, themed experiences and projects that push the boundaries of visual effects and creative technology.

- Organising dailies, rounds and meetings, taking notes and following up on actions
- Keeping ShotGrid and/or JIRA up to date with accurate notes, schedules and artist information
- Overseeing client deliveries that could be in a variety of formats such as QTs and engine builds, including temps and final outputs
- Managing edits in collaboration with the editorial team
- Coordinating resources and working closely with support departments
- Taking a proactive, calm and solution-oriented approach to challenges
