Operations Manager - Work Location: Dunmahon, S Douglas road, Ballinlough Cork, T12K6EK Employment Type: Permanent Role - Job Start Date: 04.11.26 - Working Hours: 39 - Salary: €38,600 Job Responsibilities: We are looking for an Operations Manager who can perform the following responsibilities, - Lead end-to-end operational strategy by aligning business objectives, resource planning, and process optimisation initiatives to maximise organisational performance. - Develop operational frameworks, standard operating procedures, and governance models to improve efficiency, scalability, and service excellence across business functions. - Manage cross-functional projects by coordinating stakeholders, budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives. - Monitor operational KPIs, performance dashboards, and business metrics to identify trends, measure productivity, and drive continuous improvement. - Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies to eliminate inefficiencies, reduce operational costs, and enhance workflow effectiveness.
