Responsibilities - Conduct in-depth research and analysis of crypto projects across various sectors. - Produce comprehensive project reports and risk assessments that provide a holistic understanding of each project and its potential risks. - Analyze, evaluate, and synthesize trends from multiple data sources, including internal data and public blockchain information. - Engage with project teams and industry professionals to gather relevant insights. - Maintain strong attention to detail when assessing market developments and projects. - Proactively stay informed about market trends, opportunities, risks, and emerging projects, demonstrating a passion for the cryptocurrency industry. Requirements - Experience in crypto/blockchain companies or venture capital research. - Familiarity with on-chain data platforms and ability to interpret blockchain data. - Strong analytical skills with deep knowledge of blockchain technology, tokenomics, and crypto market dynamics. - Proven ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. - Self-driven with a strong work ethic and high level of initiative. - Ability to perform well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Bachelor's degrees in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or other related areas are a plus. CFA is a plus.
