At Quadient, we support businesses of all sizes in their digital transformation and growth journey, unlocking operational efficiency with reliable, secure, and sustainable automation processes.
Our success in delivering innovation and business growth is inspired by the connections our diverse teams create every day, with our clients and each other.
It’s these connections that make Quadient such an exceptional place to grow your career, develop your skills and make a real impact – help our future-focused business lead the way in powering secure and sustainable business connections through digital and physical channels.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Finance Automation to help bring our Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and Cash Management solutions to market. You’ll sit at the intersection of product, sales operations and marketing, making sure our teams understand what our solutions can do, why they matter to customers, and how to communicate their value with confidence.
You’ll become a trusted go-to person for our Finance Automation portfolio, supporting new and existing capabilities, shaping regional go-to-market activities and helping our teams respond to local market needs. It’s an opportunity to make a tangible impact on customer retention, cross-selling and business growth while working closely with colleagues across Europe.
What you'll do
- Bring products to market. Lead regional go-to-market activities for new and existing Finance Automation capabilities, turning product developments into clear, relevant messaging for local customers and sales teams.
- Be the product expert. Become the go-to person for our AP, AR and Cash Management portfolio, helping sales, operations and marketing understand our solutions, their value and how to position them.
- Shape the commercial story. Develop compelling presentations, product messaging, sales collateral and other materials that help our teams communicate customer benefits and support sales conversations.
- Support pricing and positioning. Help define and communicate pricing, ensuring our teams understand how to position our solutions in the market.
- Know your market. Monitor competitors, gather customer and sales feedback, and turn market insights into practical recommendations for our regional strategy.
- Help customers succeed. Support customer-facing discussions and at-risk accounts, using your product knowledge and communication skills to build confidence, address concerns and strengthen customer relationships.
- Turn insight into action. Identify local challenges and opportunities, working with relevant stakeholders on initiatives that support customer retention, accelerate cross-selling and contribute to increased bookings.
- Connect teams and ideas. Work closely with Product, Sales Operations, Marketing and colleagues across Europe to share feedback, align priorities and ensure regional needs are reflected in future developments.
What you'll bring
- You’re a confident, engaging communicator who enjoys working with people, building relationships and bringing ideas to life. You can get into the details of a product, understand what makes it valuable and explain that value in a way that resonates with different audiences.
- Experience in product marketing within a B2B environment, ideally in SaaS or software.
- Experience translating product features and capabilities into clear messaging, value propositions and customer-facing materials.
- Confidence presenting to sales teams, engaging with customers and standing behind the message you communicate.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build credibility with Product, Sales Operations, Marketing and other teams.
- A proactive, curious mindset with the flexibility to adapt when priorities change and the initiative to turn challenges into practical solutions.
- An analytical approach, with the ability to monitor sales performance, understand market dynamics and use customer and competitive insights to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate effectively with international colleagues.
- It would be a plus if you also bring:
- An understanding of finance processes, particularly Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Experience in finance automation, fintech, accounting software or related solutions.
- Familiarity with product pricing, competitive analysis and go-to-market planning.
- Experience working across international markets and collaborating with teams in different time zones.
- Flexibility to occasionally start earlier to overlap with colleagues in Europe.
- You don’t need to have worked in finance automation to succeed here. We’re particularly interested in someone who is curious, commercially minded and confident engaging with others – someone who can learn the product, build relationships and help our teams tell a compelling story.
Knowledge gaps can be filled. Even if you don’t satisfy every single requirement or meet every qualification listed, we still want to hear from you.
Turn your passion into performance. Apply now.
