The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, client engagement, and lead generation for Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing, Medical Device Services, and Calibration, Certification & Metrology businesses. This role leads multi-channel digital campaigns across paid search, paid social, organic social, YouTube, and other digital platforms. Key responsibilities include campaign planning and execution, content strategy, budget management, performance analysis, reporting, and continuous optimization. The Digital Marketing Manager serves as the organization's digital marketing expert, collaborating with marketing, sales, business leaders, subject matter experts, and external partners to deliver measurable business results. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. - Manage paid media, social media, content activation, and digital advertising programs. - Lead campaign planning, launch, optimization, and performance reporting. - Analyze campaign results and recommend data-driven improvements. - Oversee digital content, creative assets, and agency/vendor relationships. - Establish digital marketing best practices, processes, and governance. - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support lead generation and brand growth. - Monitor emerging digital trends, technologies, and AI-driven marketing opportunities. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. - 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, social media, content strategy, analytics, and campaign management. - Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media platforms, SEO, and digital marketing tools. - Proven ability to develop and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns using data-driven insights. - Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience in life sciences, healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated B2B industries preferred. - Experience leading or mentoring marketing team members, agencies, or cross-functional project teams preferred.
