The Role As a Head Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in delivering seamless and memorable guest experiences. You will lead service on the floor, support and motivate the front of house team and ensure the highest standards of hospitality are consistently maintained. Working within a fast-paced luxury environment, you will bring confidence, professionalism, and exceptional attention to detail while creating an atmosphere that keeps guests returning.
