Sr Financial Analyst (SRM)

The Senior Financial Analyst will support program leadership by providing comprehensive financial analysis, planning, and performance oversight to guide strategic and operational decisions. This role combines budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and long-range planning to help ensure programs meet financial objectives. Working closely with program managers, operations teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will translate complex financial data into actionable insights and recommendations. You will monitor financial performance, identify risks and trends, and help improve efficiency, cost control, and profitability. The position also contributes to financial reporting, compliance, and audit readiness.
