Sales Leader Poland/ Baltics & Eastern Europe - Onshore Wind

As a Senior Sales Leader, you will drive commercial growth and expand the presence of onshore wind solutions across Poland, the Baltic states, and Eastern Europe. You will build strategic relationships with key customers, understand their project requirements, and develop tailored sales strategies that address their technical and commercial needs. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will lead opportunities from initial engagement through contract negotiations and order placement. Your role will directly influence regional sales performance, profitability, and long-term customer satisfaction. You will operate in an international, forward-looking environment focused on renewable energy and the global energy transition.
