Our partner is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Enterprise Practice Director – CE + F&O based in the United States. Overview As the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Enterprise Practice Director, you will lead the strategic direction, operational performance, growth, and profitability of an enterprise consulting practice spanning Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Operations (F&O) across North America. You will drive a fundamental transformation toward an AI-first business model, embedding Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, and intelligent automation into client solutions and service delivery. Combining executive leadership with commercial expertise, you will oversee financial performance, strengthen client relationships, and build high-performing teams across a global, matrixed organization. You will help shift the business from traditional time-based consulting toward scalable, industry-specific intellectual property, recurring revenue, and outcome-driven solutions. Working closely with sales, delivery, finance, and talent leaders, you will establish clear priorities, accelerate execution, and promote accountability at every level.
