EXIM Billing invoice checking, submitting to Finance / CF and create the report 2. Create Supporting documents for export-import clearance process (insurance, POA letter, DNP) 3. General archiving (soft copy database) for EXIM documentation 4. Project on foreign trade or EXIM field 5. Power BI (chart, KPI, Dashboard) - Final year students pursuing a diploma/bachelor's degree, preferably from Industrial Engineering / Management / Logistic / Management Transportation. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Excellent in written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa. - Good communication skills, people person, and a team player. - Keen to learn and proactive. - Demonstrate leadership and problem-solving skills. - Have a good knowledge in logistics and foreign trade. - Full-time paid internship - For January - June 2027 period - Open for COLLEGE STUDENTS ONLY (will not graduate during the internship program) - HR Contact Person: Aqila Shekina Putri
