Job Description: - The primary focus of the Oracle HRMS Application Developer is to provide continuous technical leadership in the design, development and support of enterprise-wide Oracle HRMS software for our prestigious client. - This position is hands-on and requires strong knowledge of Oracle HRMS, around Workforce Management, Compensation & Benefits. - Primary Modules involved are Core HRMS, Employee/Manager Self Service, Absence Management, OTL, Payroll and Benefits Interfaces, Workflow, Approvals Management. - Will serve as a technical point-of-contact for assigned areas and work closely with the IT and Business Analysts and Managers, Development/QA/Support teams. - Understands business requirements (sometimes vaguely defined) and write clear technical specification and design documents" Primary Skill: Oracle/Peoplesoft HCM/HRMS(Advanced Benefits, Time & Labor, iRecruitment) Primary Skill: Oracle HCM/HRMS(Advanced Benefits, Time & Labor, iRecruitment) All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
