$23.25–$25/hr · Weekly pay · Paid 10 hours even if you finish early · No CDL · No experience needed Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Flatlands Logistics is a locally owned Amazon Delivery Service Partner at DKS3 (10800 Mill Creek Rd, Lenexa, KS 66219) – now in our 7th year. You drive an Amazon van and deliver Amazon packages; you’re employed by Flatlands, not Amazon. What you get - $23.25/hr to start, up to $25/hr with performance bonuses - 10-hour pay guarantee – finish your route early, still get paid for 10 hours - Weekly pay - Peak overtime available now – extra shifts at time-and-a-half - $300 referral bonus for every friend we hire who stays 60 days - Health, dental, vision & life insurance · 401(k) with match · PTO - Paid training · van, gas, handheld and uniform provided - Real promotion path – every Flatlands leader started as a driverThe schedule - 4–5 days a week, ~10-hour shifts, 9:20 AM start - At least 1 weekend day; extra flexibility needed during Prime Week and the holidaysThe work (straight talk) - 150+ stops and 300+ packages a day, up to 50 lbs, in every kind of weather - In and out of the van all day – this is an active job - Drive safely using Amazon’s routing app on a handheld deviceHow hiring works Apply in about 2 minutes → our hiring team contacts you within 1 business day → group interview at DKS3 → background check, MVR and drug test → paid training → your first route.
