Director of Supply Chain & Global Logistics

Our partner is looking for a Director of Supply Chain & Global Logistics based in the United States. The Director of Supply Chain & Global Logistics will lead the strategic development and day-to-day execution of a complex, international distribution network supporting humanitarian and community-focused programs. This hands-on leadership role oversees the movement of donated and procured goods, with a focus on operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and rapid response capabilities. You will optimize domestic logistics while strengthening international distribution, customs compliance, and European supply chain capacity. Using data analytics, enterprise systems, and practical automation, you will improve visibility, forecasting, reporting, and decision-making across the supply chain. You will also build strong partnerships, develop a high-performing logistics team, and establish consistent standards for safety, accountability, and financial reconciliation.
