Consultor Sênior GLPI

We are seeking an experienced Senior GLPI Consultant to support a retail-sector client in optimizing its IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and platform capabilities. In this fully remote role, you will act as a trusted advisor, connecting business stakeholders with technical teams to translate organizational needs into effective technology solutions. You will contribute to the implementation and continuous evolution of GLPI, ensuring that requirements, priorities, and deliverables remain aligned with business objectives. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will facilitate discussions, manage requirements, and help drive initiatives that improve operational efficiency and service quality.
