As a Workday Benefits specialist, you will own the functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment of scalable solutions within a business-critical HR platform. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, integration partners, and downstream technical teams to translate complex business requirements into reliable, compliant, and sustainable configurations. Your expertise will help maintain production systems, resolve functional challenges, and ensure changes deliver the intended business outcomes. You will also assess impacts across connected HR processes, including Time and Absence, to support a consistent end-to-end employee lifecycle experience.
