Director - Health & Safety

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director – Health & Safety based in Brazil. Take on a strategic leadership role overseeing health and safety across utility operations and industrial byproduct-processing facilities. You will lead safety programs covering synthetic gypsum, fly ash, and other material-handling and beneficial-reuse activities, helping protect employees, contractors, and site partners. Working across a multi-site operational footprint, you will guide safety professionals, strengthen regulatory compliance, and establish effective controls for high-risk activities. You will use performance indicators, audits, and incident investigations to identify risks and drive measurable improvements. Through close collaboration with utility clients, facility operators, and senior safety leadership, you will help build a consistent, proactive safety culture.
