Now interviewing for an upcoming center: Onsite Clinical Director – Substance Abuse Treatment Center (Pomona, CA)   We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Director (LMFT, LCSW) for our substance abuse treatment center in Pomona, CA. This onsite leadership role involves overseeing clinical operations, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed care for our inpatient community.   Qualifications & Skills: • Licensed LMFT or LCSW (Required)  • Able to provide supervision for clinical team. • Strong understanding of substance use disorders, mental health, and evidence-based treatment modalities. • Knowledge of State & Accreditation requirements (DHCS, JCAHO, etc.).  • Excellent leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills. • Proficiency in documentation compliance.   This is a full-time, onsite position with competitive salary and benefits.
