Job Summary Aprio is seeking a Client Service Director to lead and grow a high-impact Talent Advisory practice, driving client relationships, revenue performance, and team development across the full spectrum of talent solutions. In this role, you will manage a diverse client portfolio, expand business through strategic sales and relationship-building, and serve as a national subject matter expert in the talent solutions industry. You will collaborate closely with recruiting leadership to deliver exceptional client outcomes while mentoring and developing a high-performing sales team.
