About the role

Your role in our mission Prosper is looking for a talented People Operations Manager to join the People & Places team. This person will oversee HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and the HR technology stack. This person is data-driven and detail oriented, strives to make processes efficient, and is system savvy. This role reports to our Director, Total Rewards & People Operations, and will have one direct report.
