With over two decades of unparalleled experience, Derex provides supports to its clientele, across such industries as Systems Integration, Banking and Finance, Telecommunications, Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences, Energy, Healthcare, Technology, Transportation, and local and federal Government agencies. - Role                             : Senior Business Analyst with Test Automation Expert (JavaScript, PlayWright, Puppeteer/Selenium). - Work Location          : Fort Collins CO. - Working Mode         : 5 Days Onsite.  Skills and Experience:   - Experience should have 10+ Yrs of Business Analyst with a strong test automation expert. - Deep knowledge of web technologies: JavaScript, the DOM, Node.js, and modern web frameworks. - Hands-on experience with web automation tools such as Playwright, Puppeteer, or Selenium. - Creative, methodical troubleshooter who can isolate failures by iteratively testing components across a complex, multi-system stack. - Coding-agent-first approach to software engineering, using tools like Claude Code as the default way to analyze, build, and fix. - Able to self-prioritize across competing engineering and business signals to maximize business outcomes. - Comfortable translating technical results into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders. - Payments domain familiarity (virtual cards, card acceptance, biller fees) is a plus. -  Outcomes:   - Maintain and improve success rates across Client's automated payment platform, prioritizing billers by revenue impact. - Identify billers whose automation is no longer viable for engineering or business reasons (unsupported flows, card fees) and recommend routing or blocking decisions. - Provide regular, actionable updates to Client's business team that drive revenue optimization from automated payments. - Move automation result analysis, triage, troubleshooting, and development to an AI-first operating model, reducing dependence on any single engineer. - We are looking for someone who is very proactive in looking at failures, optimizations for one of our products (FusePay / Spectrum).         Regards,   Manoj Goud Derex Technologies INC Contact : 973-834-5005 Ext 206 All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
