The provider is responsible for evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and documentation. Required Qualifications: - Completion of appropriate license or certification (PA-C/ARNP) - ACLS certification (maintenance required) - BLS certification (maintenance required)Preferred Qualifications: - Previous exposure to clinic environment Highlights: - Provider friendly scheduling - Up to $50,000 in student loan repayment - $2,500 CME allocations annually - 7% employer contribution pension plan (no match required) - Relocation assistance - Comprehensive benefit packages including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life - Paid malpractice and tail insuranceWage: Ranges between $159,238-$179,121 annually with Retention Incentives. Actual wage will be based on years of applicable experience.  FTE:  1.0  Clinic Hours: Monday - Saturday 7 AM – 7 PM
