This job posting is for a position with our Polish entity, i.e. CoreWeave Poland sp. z.o.o.
About the Role:
CoreWeave's EMEA footprint is scaling rapidly, and Poland has emerged as a central hub for our technology and engineering talent. As we grow and expand our European presence, we need a Senior People Business Partner with genuine in-country expertise to serve as a primary People partner for Poland-based employees as well as functions across EMEA. This role sits at the intersection of global people programs and local employment context, requiring someone who can navigate local employment laws, build trusted relationships with technology leaders, and ensure that employees in a fast-growing engineering hub feel visible and genuinely supported. The right person brings both the operational command to handle compliance and lifecycle work independently and the strategic instincts to be a real thought partner to EMEA tech leadership.
Your Impact Will Be Felt Across Various Dimensions
- Execute with Impact: Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, stepping into the details when needed to ensure people programs land and deliver measurable impact.
- Strategic Partnership: Serve as an influential thought partner to leaders, helping translate business goals into people decisions that improve execution, support growth, and strengthen organizational effectiveness.
- Data & Visibility: Surface clear data and insights on the Poland and EMEA P&E population to leadership, enabling better decision-making across the region.
- Cultural Connector: Act as the cultural champion between CoreWeave's global People programs and the local employee experience, building trust and cohesion in an important engineering hub.
- Local Compliance & Employment Law: Own local employment law compliance, proactively managing risk as CoreWeave scales.
- Global Program Localization: Ensure global programs (performance management, engagement surveys, recognition, accommodations) are implemented with local context and compliance, so Poland employees are not an afterthought in programs designed for US and UK contexts.
- EMEA Technology Partnership: Partner closely with EMEA Technology and Engineering management to support org health, workforce planning, and talent management across a globally distributed but Poland-concentrated population.
Wondering if you're a good fit?
We believe in investing in our people and value candidates who can bring their own diverse experiences to our teams—even if you aren't a 100% skill or experience match. Here are a few qualities we've found make people thrive here:
- Be Curious at Your Core: You ask thoughtful questions, seek to understand root causes, and apply learnings to improve outcomes.
- Act Like an Owner: You take responsibility for your cases and follow through with care and attention to detail.
- Empower Employees: You champion an equitable employee experience by coaching leaders and ensuring employees feel heard, supported, and treated fairly.
- Deliver Best-in-Class Client Experiences: You approach managers, employees, and cross-functional partners with professionalism, empathy, and consistency, ensuring they feel supported in even the most challenging moments.
- Achieve More Together: You collaborate seamlessly with People Business Partners, and other People teams, recognizing that the best solutions come from working as one team with shared goals.
