Position Summary: The NAWCAD WOLF Integrated Command, Control and Intel Systems (IC2&IS) Division provides full spectrum Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) technical and systems engineering solutions to the warfighter. The IC2&IS Division, operating under the oLSI model, has requirements for integrated product development support, technical project management support, and operational support to successfully fulfill the IC2&IS Division’s mission of providing support services at both the diverse project levels and the overall Division organization level. Training and Development Specialist plans, directs, and coordinates the training and development activities and staff of the organization. Designs and conducts work related training and development programs to improve individual skills and organizational performance, and analyzes training needs and evaluates training effectiveness. Day to Day Responsibilities: • Plan, direct, or coordinate the training and development activities and staff of the organization • Design or conduct work related training and development programs to improve individual skills or organizational performance • Analyze organizational training needs and evaluate training effectiveness Required Qualifications: • Active DoD Secret Clearance • Master's degree in any discipline plus at least 10 years of experience; or a bachelor's degree plus 4 years of additional related experience may substitute for the master's degree Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to: business considerations, local market, internal equity, candidate qualifications such as skills, education and experience.
