ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER – GAIA We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team at GAIA in London. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service at all times. - Lead and motivate the front-of-house team, maintaining exceptional service standards throughout each shift. - Maintain a strong presence on the floor, supporting the team and ensuring guests receive an outstanding dining experience. - Ensure all service, presentation, and grooming standards are maintained in line with the GAIA brand. - Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and the ongoing development of team members. - Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring effective resolution and guest satisfaction. - Monitor restaurant presentation, cleanliness, and operational standards to maintain a luxury dining environment. - Support rota planning, staffing levels, and labour cost control in line with business requirements. - Work closely with the Restaurant Manager and senior management to improve operational efficiency and team performance.
