Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections - Test and inspect vehicles for failures - Recommend repairs of documented findings  - Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization - Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate customer concerns  - Work together with other Technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results Qualifications:  - Positive attitude and a desire to serve our guests - 7+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic - Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles - High computer literacy level - Meet or exceed hourly goals - Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes - Professional appearance and strong communication - A desire for long-term career development - ASE Certifications highly preferred - Flashing and programming skills preferredPhysical Requirements: - Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds - Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head - Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair - Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools - Walk/stand for the majority of their workday - Drive vehicles with manual transmissions  - Efficiently navigate a computer Christian Brothers Automotive (CBA) began in 1982 with the simple premise of providing precision auto repair with transparency, integrity and a philosophy of people first.
