BMS Advisor - Fixed Term Contract

Why this role matters As a BMS Advisor, you play a key role in developing, maintaining, and continuously improving the Business Management System (BMS) in alignment with international ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001). You ensure the organization remains compliant, audit-ready, and focused on performance improvement, contributing directly to operational excellence and certification assurance. In this role you will: - Manage management system audits, including planning, coordination, follow-up, and reporting in line with ISO standards - Coordinate management reviews and reporting, ensuring compliance and effectiveness of the BMS - Ensure the organization maintains its ISO certifications - Manage third party ISO certification and manage relationships with external certification and verification bodies - Coordinate and drive the Performance Improvement Cycle across the organization - Own and coordinate BMS-related training, ensuring awareness and understanding across teams - Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the BMS aligned with the latest ISO management standards - Own and maintain the overall BMS framework and governance structure - Develop and maintain the BMS tools and systems, ensuring user-friendly access to documentation and processes - Monitor and manage BMS improvement actions, ensuring timely follow-up and closure - Report to the BMS Manager and collaborate cross-functionally, especially with the Document Control team
