Senior DevOps Team Leader

Scope: Full Time, Employed Location: Tel Aviv Description: Lead the Cloud. Drive Reliability. Secure the Future. We're looking for a Senior DevOps Team Leader to lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers supporting a mission-critical Cybersecurity SaaS platform. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on cloud infrastructure, automation, production operations, security, and incident management across multi-cloud environments. Key Responsibilities - Lead and develop a high-performing DevOps team. - Design and manage secure, scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP. - Drive Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), Kubernetes, Helm, and CI/CD best practices. - Own production operations, monitoring, service reliability, and incident response. - Lead major incident management, escalations, root cause analysis, and post-mortems. - Implement disaster recovery, backup, failover, and business continuity strategies. - Optimize cloud costs while maintaining performance, availability, and security. - Partner with Engineering, Product, and Security teams to support business goals.
