We're looking for an experienced Big Data Engineering Team Lead to drive the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance data platforms. This is an opportunity to lead a talented team, shape technical strategy, and work closely with AI and engineering teams on cutting-edge solutions. Key Responsibilities - Lead and mentor a team of Big Data Engineers. - Design, build, and optimize large-scale data pipelines and streaming platforms. - Own solutions end-to-end, from architecture and development through to deployment and support. - Drive scalability, performance, reliability, and engineering best practices. - Collaborate with AI, ML, and backend teams to deliver data-driven products.
