Deli Supervisor (Full-Time) SPAR Oranmore SPAR Oranmore is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Deli Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of the deli department, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high food safety standards, and supervising team members to deliver a positive shopping experience. Key Responsibilities - Supervise the daily operation of the deli department - Lead and support deli team members - Deliver excellent customer service at all times - Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures - Monitor product quality, freshness, and presentation standards - Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste management - Support training and development of team members - Ensure the deli department is clean, organised, and fully stocked - Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally - Work collaboratively with store management and other departments
