About the role and team: Our Talent Acquisition team hires the engineers, data and AI specialists, delivery consultants and product people who make CreateFuture's client work possible. As Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll own a portfolio of live roles end-to-end, working as a genuine partner to hiring managers and account leads rather than an order-taker, and coaching junior recruiters as you go. What you'll be doing: - Own a portfolio of live requisitions across engineering, data, AI, delivery or product roles, managing them end-to-end from brief to offer - Partner closely with hiring managers and account leads to build robust briefs, define success profiles and agree realistic timelines - Design and run interview processes that assess for craft and client-readiness, coaching interviewers on structure and calibration - Build and maintain healthy talent pools for hard-to-fill or recurring roles, sourcing proactively rather than waiting on inbound - Manage offer negotiations and closing conversations, balancing candidate expectations against our bandings and business needs - Coach junior recruiters and coordinators on sourcing technique, pipeline hygiene and candidate experience We'd love to talk to you if you: - Can evidence a track record of closing technical or consulting hires end-to-end, with real numbers on volume and time-to-hire - Have partnered directly with senior hiring managers or account leads on requisition strategy, not just order-taking - Have designed or improved an interview process and can point to what changed and why - Bring hands-on sourcing skill for niche or competitive technical markets - Are comfortable coaching more junior colleagues and raising the bar on process What we’ll offer you: We trust people to do their best work.
