Provider Network Quality Assurance Specialist

Our partner is looking for a Provider Network Quality Assurance Specialist based in the United States. We are seeking a detail-oriented Provider Network Quality Assurance Specialist to strengthen the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of provider network operations. In this full-time remote role, you will conduct quality audits, validate provider information, and ensure that records, contracts, and directory listings meet applicable regulatory and organizational standards. Your work will help protect member access to accurate provider information while supporting operational excellence and regulatory readiness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate discrepancies, identify recurring issues, and implement effective corrective actions. The role combines data analysis, documentation, project coordination, and continuous improvement in a healthcare environment. Candidates must reside in North Carolina and be willing to travel occasionally to the Morrisville, NC, office for onsite meetings.
