Project Manager Medical Affairs

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic and operational initiatives across Medical Affairs within a dynamic, cross-functional life sciences environment. In this role, you will oversee complex programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with therapeutic area strategies and organizational priorities. You will work closely with scientific, clinical, regulatory, commercial, and operational teams to drive coordination, accountability, and effective decision-making. From evidence generation and medical education to congress planning and launch activities, your work will help advance critical initiatives and maximize their impact. You will also support resource planning, budget management, governance, and continuous process improvement.
