Our partner is looking for a Manager, System of Quality Management & Audit Quality based in the United States. The Manager, System of Quality Management & Audit Quality will play a key role in strengthening audit quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across a complex assurance organization. This position focuses on monitoring, evaluating, and enhancing the System of Quality Management (SoQM) in accordance with applicable professional standards and regulatory requirements. You will lead quality risk assessments, coordinate monitoring activities, evaluate findings, and oversee remediation initiatives that support consistent audit practices. Working closely with assurance leadership and process owners, you will translate complex quality information into actionable insights and recommendations. The role combines technical accounting and auditing expertise with analytical thinking, project management, and stakeholder collaboration.
