Director Regional Practice

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director Regional Practice based in the United States. Lead regional operations and drive measurable performance improvements across a portfolio of physician practices in Ohio. In this senior leadership role, you will bridge the gap between practice-level operations, clinical leadership, and enterprise revenue cycle functions to strengthen financial performance and service delivery. You will translate strategic priorities into actionable operating plans, using data-driven insights to improve patient access, billing, collections, and overall operational efficiency. Working closely with physicians, practice administrators, and cross-functional teams, you will foster accountability, resolve complex challenges, and standardize best practices across multiple locations. You will also coach regional leaders, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and ensure consistent execution of performance improvement initiatives. This remote-based opportunity combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational engagement, including approximately 50% travel across Ohio to support practices and drive sustainable results.
